Any shipments booked after June 10 move based on available space only. If space is not secured by the deadline, cargo movement cannot be guaranteed. Book early to protect space and reduce cost.
Air Express pre-show flights are available from LAX, ATL, DFW, JFK, and MIA, with additional U.S. origins available by request. Post-show service is available back to mainland U.S. destinations for urgent follow-up events.
Approved reusable shipping containers should not exceed dimensions of 48 × 40 × 45 inches. Nothing can be stacked on top of the containers. If you are shipping a pallet of racks or boxes they need to be packed onto a 40 × 48 pallet base and not exceed 45 inches.
INT Express is the official drayage provider for THE SHOW PR. All pallet movement on and off the show floor is handled exclusively by INT Express.
Origin pickup to venue shipping dock before the show, plus post-show transportation from venue to final destination. Third-party carriers may be used, but dock appointments must be arranged with INT Express.
From the venue dock to your booth, storage of empties, and transport from exhibit space back to transportation vehicle after the event. This includes managed on-site freight control.
Any freight carrier, trucking company, or vendor delivering its own goods must arrange dock appointments and material handling with INT Express before arrival. Walk-in deliveries are not permitted.

Third-party carriers must submit a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance before arrival by email to OFFICE@INTEXPRESS.COM. The certificate holder must list THE SHOW, INT EXPO EXPRESS INC, and El Conquistador Resort Fajardo LLC.
