Mandatory Freight Pickup

All freight must be picked up by the close of the event. No post-show warehouse return is available.

Outbound shipments can be scheduled with INT EXPRESS at the show service desk or in advance with INT Express at office@intexpress.com or by phone at 213-955-9282.

Exhibitors using another carrier must make a dock appointment. All carriers are required to check in between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

After packing, submit the signed Material Handling Agreement to the Exhibitor Service Desk. Labels are available at the desk for boxes, pallets, and crates.
